Preparation
Pan Fry (Recommended)
- Place shrimp in boiling water for 20-30 seconds to prevent rubbery texture.
- Pan fry chopped garlic in oil in a nonstick pan, add shrimp.
- Stir in 1/2 tsp seasoning of choice and cook for a few minutes, tossing/stirring frequently until shrimp are crispy on the outside but still tender.
- Remove from pan, transfer to serving dish and drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon. Enjoy!
