  • Do you ship to my area?

    We ship anywhere within the United States. Free Shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 states / the lower 48 states.

  • Who is NoPigNeva?

    We are a vegan ecommerce store located in the Boston area and committed to providing products that allow people to conveniently enjoy delicious vegan food. We strive to offer a variety of plant-based selections beyond what can be found in your local grocery store.

  • Can I track the shipping progress of my order?

    When your order has been sent from our facility you will receive an email confirming that it has been shipped and it will include a tracking number. Feel free to log into our site and check the status of your order. You can also check your order using the provided tracking number once you have received it.

  • Can I make suggestions for products?

    Absolutely! We welcome the opportunity to provide a great shopping experience! Reach out to us by contacting us at nopighelp@gmail.com. We are always interested in hearing about the next great products for our marketplace!

  • What are the Memberships offered?

    1. Monthly Explorer – This membership offers 10% off all of our products and allows you to be one of the first to hear about up and coming new products to NoPigNeva’s marketplace
    2. Annual Blockbuster – This membership offers 10% off all of our products and allows you to be one of the first to hear about up and coming new products to NoPigNeva’s marketplace. All Annual Blockbuster members will also receive a free NoPigNeva reusable shopping bag!

  • How do you deal with shipping during warm months?

    Please do not be alarmed if items arrive in a state of thawing (which may happen if your area is quite warm at the time of delivery), as there are no animal-based ingredients that pose a health risk of going bad by being exposed to some heat during the final part of delivery.As long as this item is shipped to arrive within 2 days and has cold packs/dry ice added, it will be adequate to consume even if it is not completely chilled when it arrives. Items may begin to warm up on the 2nd day in transit if they are transported in warm trucks or are being delivered to hot areas. So long as you ensure proper delivery in this time frame and have selected cold packs or a cold shipper box the items will only warm up for a short period at most and will stay cool for the bulk of the journey to you.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We do not currently ship outside the United States but hope to as we grow!

  • Can I place an order by phone?

    Unfortunately, you can only place orders on the website. If you are having trouble please email us at nopighelp@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • How is shipping determined?

    Shipping methods are determined by your geography. It is strongly advised you select shipping within 1-2 days to ensure the quality of your perishable shipment. Store credit will not be issued to orders selecting longer than 2 days. Please select your shipping method at your own risk.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order once I place it?

    Our responsiveness to your order prevents us from being able to modify or cancel the order once placed. Please contact us through nopighelp@gmail.com regarding your order.

  • What days do you ship?

    In order to ensure the best possible quality for your delivery we ship any day from Monday through Thursday of each week.

    If you choose the 3-day shipping option we can only ship out early in the week to ensure that it arrives before the weekend
    If you chose the 2-day option the cut-off day is Wednesday that week
    Shipping on Thursday is only for those that have a 1-day shipment or a non-perishable item
    For perishable orders placed late in the week (Thursday/Friday) the order will be shipped out the following Monday or Tuesday to maintain freshness.

  • Is there sales tax on my order?

    Sales tax is calculated based on the state we are shipping to and is placed onto your order total when you check out. Please note that the sales tax is not part of the listed price for our products on NoPigNeva’s website.

  • Can I change the shipping address once the order has been placed?

    Unfortunately, you will not be able to change the shipping address once your order has been placed. Please contact us immediately if you have made a mistake.

  • Will I receive an item I want to backorder?

    We will be able to notify you of an item once it is back in stock via email if you sign up on our website. Once it is back in stock you will be able to place the order for the desired item.

  • Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

    Products can not be shipped to a P.O. Box. We need a physical mailing address to process your order.

  • What is your return policy?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on items at our store unless the product has a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item has been shipped. You may be required to provide a photo of your order for confirmation and all cases are subject to review by our customer service team before a final decision has been made. This applies to both the membership as well as the store items. Your monthly membership can be canceled at any time and will take affect on the next billing cycle.

  • What Is The Procedure For Placing An Online Grocery Order?

    Enter your address and select the “Shop” tab at the top of the list to order groceries online at NoPigNeva.com. Then go about your business, as usual, browsing your favorite delicious products from NoPigNeva, selecting your items, and checking out.

  • Is It Easy To Order Groceries Online?

    Yes, we place a premium on making your online grocery experience easy. We encourage our brands to provide the items regularly so you can always find the items you need. In addition, we’ve recently gone above and beyond to introduce new measures to protect the health of all of our customers and employees – a contactless delivery service is now available to you.

  • Which Products Can Be Delivered To My Location?

    On NoPigNeva, you can find dozens of products that you’ll love, and we will deliver everything on our website straight to your door.

  • What Method of Payment Can I use for The Delivery Of NoPigNeva.Com?

    You can pay with a credit card, debit card, or PayPal while ordering from NoPigNeva.com online.

  • Are There Any Additional Charges?

    Other than a regular grocery shopping and delivery order, there are no additional expenses at check out. Only your items and any shipping/delivery fees as necessary.

  • Can I Buy a Gift For My Relatives?

    Yes, as long as the person you’re shopping for lives in one of our Grocery Delivery Areas, you should be able to shop for them and have their goods delivered to them.

  • Can I Modify Or Cancel My Delivery Time After I Place My Order?

    Yes, in the vast majority of cases. To make the change, you must contact NoPigNeva at nopighelp@gmail.com. Please provide the request via email at least three hours before the specified delivery time. It’s possible that sending an email won’t be enough to prevent your shopping order from being processed.
