Shipping & Delivery

NoPigNeva is located in Woburn, Massachusetts and ships vegan groceries anywhere in the United States. For local customers in the Greater-Boston area, we also offer local delivery and pick up options. Many of our products are perishable items and we have worked hard to have specific shipping settings in place to ensure your order arrives as expected. Do you ship to my area?

We ship anywhere within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship outside the United States but hope to as we grow!

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, the local delivery option must be selected at check out.  
For most surrounding areas in the Greater-Boston area we offer SAME DAY local delivery for $12.99.  Orders place before 2 PM that day will be delivered between 6 – 8 PM the same day.  Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the following day. Deliveries are made 7 DAYS A WEEK.

Can I pickup my order?

Yes, you can pick up your order at our address in Woburn, MA if you choose Local Pickup.  There is no shipping charge if you come in to pick up the order.  

The hours for picking up your order are:
M-F 10 AM – 8 PM
Sat/Sun 10 AM – 7 PM

If not a local delivery, what days do you ship?

In order to ensure the best possible quality for your delivery we ship any day from Monday through Thursday of each week.
> If you choose the 3-day shipping option we can only ship out early in the week to ensure that it arrives before the weekend
> If you chose the 2-day option the cut-off day is Wednesday that week
> Shipping on Thursday is only for those that have a 1-day shipment or a non-perishable item
For perishable orders placed late in the week (Thursday/Friday) the order will be shipped out the following Monday or Tuesday to maintain freshness.

Can I track the shipping progress of my order?

When your order has been sent from our facility you will receive an email confirming that it has been shipped. Feel free to log into our site and check the status of your order.

Can I change the shipping address once the order has been placed?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to change the shipping address once your order has been placed. Please contact us immediately if you have made a mistake.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Products can not be shipped to a P.O. Box. We need a physical mailing address to process your order.
