Defrosting: Place the wrapped vegan turkey roll in a cool water bath for 45 minutes to defrost or place in a refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking.


Vegan Cinnaberry Glaze: Pour Vegan Cinnaberry Glaze into a small sauce pot.  Bring to a boil, adding water if necessary for desired consistency.  Set aside to cool.


Vegan Turkey Roll: Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Remove plastic casing from Turkey Vegan Roll and place on a lightly oiled baking tray. Cover Vegan Turkey Roll with aluminum foil. Place tray in center of oven and cook for 45 minutes, or until completely heated through.  Remove from oven and uncover Vegan Turkey Roll.  Place back in oven for an additional 10 minutes, until golden brown.  Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.  Pour Vegan Cinnaberry Glaze over sliced Vegan Turkey Roll and serve.

Two thumbs up for this! It's tasty but takes less time to prepare and less animal to harm for real!
