Place frozen citrus spare ribs on a microwaveable plate and place into the microwave.  Heat the spare ribs on high settings in the microwave.  Please adjust your microwave settings accordingly.



Slice desired vegetables (carrot or green bell peppers) and spare ribs into small pieces. Stir fry seasonings (1/3T oil, 1/3T soy paste, 2/5T BBQ sauce, and a pinch of salt) with water. Once the seasoning boils, include vegetables and spare ribs into wok. Let it boil again and 1/2T of cornstarch water to thicken. Serve and enjoy!

Exactly what I was looking for.
