Cooking daring:

  1. Shallow fry: Heat oil in frying pan on med-high heat.  Gently place breaded pieces in pan and cooking for 1-2 minutes on each side.   Bake: Preheat oven to 200 C/400 F Place breaded pieces on a baking tray and cook for 12-14 minutes or until golden and crisp, turning the pieces midway through cooking.
  2. Hit daring with your favorite sauce and side. Enjoy!
