Instructions for cooking should be included and clear. Consistency was not great and flavor was missing. Otherwise ok.

I ordered some Vegan Seafood for New years. The package showed it was shipped the same day I ordered with Second Day Air as paid. UPS misplaced or otherwise, held my order and did not delivery it for 7 days, a week.
The box was opened and then retaped in excess, like someone had gone through it and taped it shut again.
The food was still cold but not frozen, but was afraid to use due to someone opening and possibly contaminating the food.
No Pig Neva didn't even hesitate, they replaced the order free and it was here in 2 days with no opening or new tape.
What company!!! This is rare these days and I really appreciated their quick response. New Years dinner saved!! Thank you No Pig Neva, I really appreciate you going over and above. It speaks volumes about the quality company and people you are. Thank you

The cold packs kept our Thanksgiving vegan turkey frozen until we got home to take the package off the porch!
