Cooking Instructions:

Stove Top: Remove contents from plastic bag and defrost.  Place in frying pan with small amount of olive or vegetable oil.  Cook over LOW heat for 2 minutes.  Turn over and continue to heat for another minute.  Let stand for 1 minute and serve hot.

Oven: Remove contents from plastic bag and defrost.  Heat oven to 325 F. Wrap Vegan Black Pepper Steaks in foil and bake for 5-6 minutes.  Let stand for 1 minute and serve hot.

Microwave: Remove microwavable pouch from the outer plastic bag and place on a microwave-safe plate.  Use a fork to pierce the pouch several times.  Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes.  Let stand for 1 minute.  Remove from pouch and serve hot.
