PREPARATION

Thaw frozen pre-cooked drumsticks in the refrigerator overnight.

STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS

* Pre-heat large cast iron pot to 375 F
* Add 3 quarts of Safflower oil (or other high smoke point oil of choice).
The oil should not be higher than the middle of the pot
* Carefully drop the desired number of drumsticks one at a time into the oil, mindful of not overcrowding them.
* Fry for 4 minutes until golden brown.
* Remove drumsticks from the oil using a heat-resistant spatula or a fry skimmer to drain any excess oil
* Toss in a bowl with your favorite sauce, serve, and enjoy

AIR FRYER INSTRUCTIONS

* Pre-heat to 450 F
* Lightly spray with Safflower oil the desired number of drumsticks.
* Cook for 7 minutes turning them halfway through for a golden brown texture
* Toss in a bowl with your favorite sauce, serve, and enjoy
