Water, soy protein concentrate, textured wheat protein, diced red pepper, sunflower oil, natural vegan flavor (maltodextrin, salt, modified food starch, yeast extract, high oleic acid, sunflower oil, dried yeast, medium chain triglycerides, silicon dioxide), spices, lemon peel, modified vegetable gum, dextrose, lemon oil, bread crumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast, sugar, sunflower oil)
Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Pan-fry or deep-fry Hungry Planet Crab™️ Cakes at 350°F (medium heat) until golden brown. Avoid overcooking.
