Rice, Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Mycoprotein (12%), Water, Sodium Alginate. Contains 2% or less of Canola Oil, Sunflower Oil, Methylcellulose, Yeast, Salt, Paprika, Paprika Extract, Natural Flavor, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Gum Arabic, Coconut Oil, Palm Oil.
Quorn Fishless Sticks are NOT ready to eat and require further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen.
Ensure Quorn Fishless Sticks reach an internal temperature of 165° For above before serving. For best results, cook in the OVEN.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place Quorn Fishless Sticks in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
Line a microwave safe plate with two layers of paper towel. Place 5 Quorn Fishless Sticks in a single layer. Heat on high for 1 minute 30 seconds. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.
CAUTION: Plate and Fishless Sticks will be hot. Please note that microwave cooking times may vary depending on appliance wattage.
