An amazingly savory Vegan pastry consisting of cashew-based brie wrapped in a flaky and delicious pastry crust.  A novel introduction to amazingly tasty pastries with a Vegan brie filling!

Filling (Water, organic cashews, organic tofu [water, organic whole soybeans, nigari {magnesium chloride}, calcium sulfate], organic coconut oil, organic soy milk [filtered water, whole organic soybeans, gellan gum, sea salt, natural vegan flavor, calcium carbonate, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D2, riboflavin), tapioca flour, sea salt, agar powder, nutritional yeast [dried yeast, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B1, vitamin B9, vitamin B12]), Crust (unbleached flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour], water, canola oil, organic coconut oil, sea salt)

Bake until the crust is a perfectly flaky golden brown (30 minutes at 400 degrees)
