Cooking Gardein Crispy Chick’n Patties Conventional oven/Toaster oven is best: Preheat to 400ºF. Bake from frozen on a pan lined with parchment paper for 20-25 mins until brown and crispy, turning once. Let stand for 1 minute and serve. Short on time: Preheat oven to 425ºF. On a microwave safe dish, first microwave f or 2 mins on high, then place on a non-stick pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in oven for 10-12 mins until golden and crispy, turning once. Let stand for 1 min and serve. Stovetop: In a non-stick fry pan over medium heat saute patty in oil until golden and crispy on both sides, approximately 8-10 mins, turning once. Let stand for 1 min and serve. Tip: Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 165ºF.
