Field Roast sausages are made using traditional, tried-and-true sausage-making practices. We begin with a grind made from our own grain meat. We use fresh vegetables: Yukon Gold potatoes, onions and garlic. Add some liquid and, finally, mix in the seasonings: rubbed sage, ginger, black pepper and voilà: an artisan plant-based sausage with sizzle, texture and personality.

Filtered water, vital wheat gluten, expeller pressed safflower oil, unsulfured dried apples, Yukon Gold potatoes, yeast extract, onion powder, barley malt, garlic, natural hickory smoke flavor with torula yeast, spices, sea salt and rubbed sage.

Clip one end of sausage with scissors, Cut down the length of the sausage (halfway) and remove plastic casing PREPARATION:Grillon outdoor grill, brown in sauté pan with a little oil using medium heat or break up sausage with fingers to use in Sauces, stir-fries and scrambles. Avoid overcooking
