COOKING INSTRUCTIONS If frozen, defrost before
cooking. Thaw under frugal use of cool water
for 10 minutes or refrigerate overnight

SKILLET (Preferred): Pre-heat a non-stick, lightly oiled skillet over medium heat and cook until browned and an internal temperature of 165° F has been reached, 3 to 4 minutes per side.

OVEN / TOASTER OVEN: Preheat oven to 375° F. Remove patties from packaging and place on pan and bake each side for 6 minutes, until browned and an internal temperature of 165° F has been reached.
