Obsessed.

Awesome!

Adds an amazing salty, cheesy taste to everything. We grate into a bowl of warm pasta with olive oil or top pizza, avocado toast, anything! Great flavor and lasts surprisingly long in the fridge.

Not bad but very bitter on pizza - do not recommend

I added this to pizza and I kept trying to figure out why my pizza tasted so bitter - it was this. Not sure why but this cheese does not go well on pizza and is rather bitter.
