Worth Every Cent!

We have had many vegan roasts for the holidays, from well recognized brands to home made seitan roasts but this one knocked it out of the park! I was worried about the higher price and no reviews but took a chance and now am obsessed with this roast! First of all it is huge. I cut mine in half and froze the other half. The stuffing is such a great mix of quinoa and veggies that we wished we could buy more of it as a side dish for everyday meals. The roast was easy to prepare by basting with oil, turning once and baking for an hour. It gets this fantastic almost crispy skin and the texture is spot on. Has the perfect amount of chewiness and texture. The flavor was fabulous and seasoned perfectly. I hope this is an offering each year at No Pig Neva. You won’t be disappointed!
