COOKING INSTRUCTIONS If frozen, defrost before
cooking. Thaw under frugal use of cool water
for 10 minutes or refrigerate overnight

SKILLET (Preferred): Pre-heat a non-stick, lightly oiled skillet over medium heat and cook until browned and an internal temperature of 165° F has been reached, 3 to 4 minutes per side.

OVEN / TOASTER OVEN: Preheat oven to 375° F. Remove patties from packaging and place on pan and bake each side for 6 minutes, until browned and an internal temperature of 165° F has been reached.

Teriyaki Veggie Burger, for the vegan grillmasters.

I thought my grilling days were over when I went vegan but I couldn't have been more wrong. Out of all the options out there, this is by far one of my favorites along with some juicy veggies on the top grill. Mouth watering alert.
