I've been vegan for 10 years and hadn't been able to find a really great vegan cheese to accompany my pizza until I tried a bottle of this stuff!! It's akin to a high moisture, fresh mozzarella, so it's perfect for margarita pizzas, flat breads, cheesy garlic bread, and basically all versions of baked bread with cheese. I highly recommend you give this a whirl!
