How to Cook (Cook From Frozen):

In Your Skillet: Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a Nonstick Skillet Over Medium Heat.  Add the Frozen Links and Cook, Turning Occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.


In Your Microwave: Microwave Ovens Vary, so cooking times are approximate.  Place the frozen links on a microwave-safe plate. Cover and Microwave on high for 4 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.  Let stand for 1 minute before serving.  Careful plate may be hot.
