We are a vegan ecommerce store located in the Boston area and committed to providing products that allow people to conveniently enjoy delicious vegan food. We strive to offer a variety of plant-based selections beyond what can be found in your local grocery store.

We ship anywhere within the United States.

We do not currently ship outside the United States but hope to as we grow!

Shipping methods are determined by your geography. It is strongly advised you select shipping within 1-2 days to ensure the quality of your perishable shipment. Store credit will not be issued to orders selecting longer than 2 days. Please select your shipping method at your own risk.

In order to ensure the best possible quality for your delivery we ship any day from Monday through Thursday of each week.

  • If you choose the 3-day shipping option we can only ship out early in the week to ensure that it arrives before the weekend
  • If you chose the 2-day option the cut-off day is Wednesday that week
  • Shipping on Thursday is only for those that have a 1-day shipment or a non-perishable item

For perishable orders placed late in the week (Thursday/Friday) the order will be shipped out the following Monday or Tuesday to maintain freshness.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to change the shipping address once your order has been placed. Please contact us immediately if you have made a mistake.

Products can not be shipped to a P.O. Box. We need a physical mailing address to process your order.

When your order has been sent from our facility you will receive an email confirming that it has been shipped and it will include a tracking number. Feel free to log into our site and check the status of your order. You can also check your order using the provided tracking number once you have received it.

Please do not be alarmed if items arrive in a state of thawing (which may happen if your area is quite warm at the time of delivery), as there are no animal-based ingredients that pose a health risk of going bad by being exposed to some heat during the final part of delivery.As long as this item is shipped to arrive within 2 days and has cold packs/dry ice added, it will be adequate to consume even if it is not completely chilled when it arrives. Items may begin to warm up on the 2nd day in transit if they are transported in warm trucks or are being delivered to hot areas. So long as you ensure proper delivery in this time frame and have selected cold packs or a cold shipper box the items will only warm up for a short period at most and will stay cool for the bulk of the journey to you.

Our responsiveness to your order prevents us from being able to modify or cancel the order once placed. Please contact us through support@nopigneva.com regarding your order.

Sales tax is calculated based on the state we are shipping to and is placed onto your order total when you check out. Please note that the sales tax is not part of the listed price for our products on NoPigNeva’s website.

We will be able to notify you of an item once it is back in stock via email if you sign up on our website. Once it is back in stock you will be able to place the order for the desired item.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on items at our store unless the product has a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item has been shipped. You may be required to provide a photo of your order for confirmation and all cases are subject to review by our customer service team before a final decision has been made. This applies to both the membership as well as the store items. Your monthly membership can be canceled at any time and will take affect on the next billing cycle.
